With custom lineup cards, you can request cards in just about any way you want them. You provide the information and I design the cards for you. If you have an idea that is not covered in our product list, just use the Quick Contact Form to send me your request. I will usually respond within 24 hours or less.
Here are some of the more common questions I receive. If you don’t get your question answered here, please contact me using the Quick Contact Form in the side-bar.
1. How long does it take to receive my Custom Lineup Cards?
Once the cards are purchased and the information is submitted, I will design the cards and email you a proof. Once approved, the cards will be printed and mailed, usually via USPS Priority Mail. Most orders are in the mail within 1-2 days. Orders of 250 or more may take slightly longer.
2. Can travel or club teams order the High School or College Packs?
The High School and College Packs are special pricing for schools. Travel and Club teams should order from the regular quantity based packs.
3. Do you accept P.O.’s from schools?
Yes. If your school is paying for the cards you may request a purchase order. Let me know which pack you wish to order and I will send you an invoice to submit for payment.
4. What is your cancellation policy?
Orders can be canceled any time up until printing. Once you’ve approved the design and I print the cards the order cannot be cancelled nor refund provided.
5. What if I have to add or drop a player? I need to modify the cards.
Similar to cancellations, once the cards are printed, you would need to submit a new order. If the cards have been printed but not mailed yet, it is my practice to give you a discount on the reorder. Use the Quick Contact Form to notify me of the situation.
