High School baseball and softball seasons are just around the corner. JC’s start playing next week as well. Order your custom lineup cards today and you should have them in time for your first games. Here’s the process:
1. Place your order at customlineupcards.com
2. After you pay for your order on Pay Pal, you should be redirected back to my information upload page.
3. Fill out the form and attach your logo and submit.
4. Once I have your information I will design your cards and email you a proof.
5. Print out the proof on a black and white printer (unless it’s a color order) so you can see what the cards should look like.
6. Reply that you approve the proof or indicate if there are any changes that need to be made.
7. Once approved I print the cards and mail them out.
(Depending upon your responding to emails, most orders are mailed within 24-48 hours of the order being placed.)
Most orders are mailed via USPS Priority Mail, which means they will usually arrive within 2-3 days. While I cannot guarantee this, I actually have an order that was scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday, showing that it’s out for delivery today. (Sunday).
Custom Lineup Cards are a great way to promote the positive spirit of your softball or baseball league. I know many leagues are on a limited budget. They leave it to the coaches to purchase little extras for their teams. Here’s how Custom Lineup Cards can help your whole league.
If you want to order Custom Lineup Cards for every team in your league, your pricing will be the same as if you placed one large order for one team. Yes you will be placing one large order, but Custom Lineup Cards allows you to customize a specified number of cards for each team.
Step 1. Decide how many TOTAL cards you will need. For example if you wanted to order 10 cards each for 10 teams, you would place an order for 100 cards.
Step 2. Place your order for the TOTAL number of Custom Lineup Cards your league needs.
Step 3. When redirected to the Information Upload Page, indicate that you are placing a LEAGUE order and tell us how many cards each for how many teams. Provide us with each team’s name, coaches, etc. Let us also know if you want the league name and the team names on the cards.

Would you like to get your Custom Lineup Cards for FREE?
I don’t like to pay for advertising. But it is a necessity. I would rather give more to my customers. So here’s what I’m going to do.
I just updated the Information Upload page to include a line for “referred by.” So if you refer someone to CustomLineupCards.com and they make a purchase, they can put your name and/or team name in the “Referred by” line. When they do that, the referring coach/team will get one point for each card purchased. For example if “Joes Softball Players” purchases a pack of 50 lineup cards, and they put your name in the “Referred by” line, you will get 50 points credit.
Points are cumulative and do not expire. Redeem points towards your next Custom Lineup Cards order. If you have enough points, you can get your cards free. So here’s the scale:
Orders are stand-alone. For example, if you have 1000 points but you only want to order 50 cards, you would use 550 points, leaving you with 450 points. I will even include shipping. How about that? Only CA residents must pay 10% sales tax.
Fine print rules and details: I cannot be responsible if a team you referred does not tell me that you referred them. Pretty simple huh? It should be easy for them to remember. They should have one of your lineup cards, if you just played that team.

Welcome to Custom Lineup Cards. Formerly a part of the Kidz “n” Sports web site, I have made Custom Lineup Cards into a secure, stand-alone site. You can still purchase lineup cards on the Kidz “n” Sports web site if you are there.
Most lineup card orders will be processed within 24 hours from the time you send me your information. When I receive your information I will design the lineup cards and email you a proof. Please print that proof out on a black & white printer (unless you order color cards). Make sure the information on the cards is what you wanted. Especially check for correct spelling on coach’s names and player’s names if you ordered with Roster. Once you approve the proof, I will print the cards. 25 card orders are usually shipped via USPS first class mail. Larger orders are usually shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
If you are ordering for a League, you can save money by ordering the total number of cards for the league. If you want individual team names on the cards, just tell me how many cards for each team, and provide me with the appropriate information. For example, if you have 10 teams and your schedule is for 10 games each, you could order the 100 pack and instruct me to provide 10 cards for each team. You can also just have the league information printed on all the cards too.
One last bonus. If you are new to Custom Lineup Cards, once you place your order, if you LIKE the Custom Lineup Cards Facebook page and leave a review, I will add 10 extra cards to your initial order. I appreciate your positive comments on the Facebook Page and on this web site.
After you have placed your order, and completed payment on the Pay Pal site, you will be redirected to the upload page where you can provide me with your information.
